Founded by sisters Karen and Tracey, this established beauty business came to me seeking a refreshed identity that could honour their decades of expertise while aligning with a modern, forward-looking vision. With a clean, light, and feminine aesthetic already in place, my role was to refine and elevate the brand across every touchpoint, visually, digitally, and operationally.

The project involved a complete rebrand, including a new visual identity, brand photography, and website. I also oversaw the migration of the business's digital systems, transitioning legacy customer records into a new, integrated CRM platform to streamline bookings and communications. The result is a cohesive, elegant, and user-friendly brand experience, one that reflects the care and professionalism at the heart of the studio.
